Visual Technology strives to deliver your images in a timely fashion to meet your deadlines. FTP allows immediate delivery of your images.
Copy and paste this link into your web browser and follow the instructions to download and install. Once installed, copy and paste the supplied password into the proper password field. We have used and tested this program extensively and know that the default settings work perfectly with our remote server. Please follow the instructions that come with Core FTP to ensure you are able to connect and transfer files effectively. Unlike email, which could cause your image to be corrupted, FTP lessens the chance of this happening to your images.
1. Open your internet browser and paste http://vtiphoto.com/ftp/index.php into the address bar. You will see that a login page appears in your browser window
2. Enter the login information you received in your email from us.
3. Remember to leave the initial directory field blank and check the ftp mode as automatic. Proceed to click login button.
4. Locate the correct folder and click on it. You will be taken to the download page that shows your files. Click on the underlined file name. A dialog box will appear on your screen. Choose save to disk and indicate where you would like to download your file to.
Find your directory and pull your high res or compressed files from our server. Please let us know of any difficulties you may be experiencing. We thank you for utilizing our digital photography services.
